We opened Coffee Plant Roaster in the summer of 2013 with a vision to serve Eugene the freshest coffee, sourced from beans around the world. In July 2017, we expanded to include a full kitchen, offering seasonal, locally sourced dishes with a fresh take on classic fare.
Our approach emphasizes fermentation, curing, and crafting everything possible from scratch in-house — from condiments to pastries and breads. Our menus change with the seasons, and our daily specials board ensures there’s always something new to enjoy.
